Our functional guarantee
Every unit we sell ships with a functional guarantee: it arrives working to its standard operating parameters, in the condition documented, and with the exact configuration, software and accessories confirmed in writing before purchase.
What's covered
- It works as described. The unit powers up and functions to its standard operating parameters on arrival.
- It's what you ordered. Model, software/options and included accessories match the written quote and condition notes.
- Standard guarantee period: 90 days from delivery on the core function of the equipment, unless a different term is agreed in writing for that order.
- Dead-on-arrival protection. If a unit fails to power up or function on arrival, we make it right — see our returns & DOA policy.
What it doesn't cover
- Normal wear parts and consumables (batteries, bulbs, seals, disposables) unless specifically included.
- Damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, or modification after delivery.
- Items sold explicitly “as-is” or for parts — these are clearly marked and quoted as such.
Exact warranty terms are confirmed in writing on each quote. As an independent reseller we provide our own guarantee; we are not the original manufacturer and are not affiliated with them.
